A very well established Tygervalley based ecommerce tourism company is looking for a digital campaign manager in a dual role to 1) run our two Google adwords campaigns and 2) analyse and optimise our marketing stack to increase customer retention/conversion. There are 2 brands, the one brand old and the other new.

Will work closely with the marketing team and brand sales managers to ensure highly profitable and well managed paid campaigns. On top of that the company will also be involved in customer automation, customer relationship management and conversion optimisation through a combination of UX and marketing stack (applications) improvements.

We are looking for a highly analytical, experienced and self-motivated individual. A combination of PPC ROI and customer retention/return will be the basis of KPIs therefore a person who loves digging into data and numbers and finding that is perfect for this position.

The position would be responsible for;

  • Management and optimisation of adwords and other digital advertising campaigns for both brands
  • Ensure campaigns are developed, monitored and amended to meet strategic requirements and targets
  • Provide company management with regular reports on campaign progress
  • Ensure that campaigns are both profitable and match overall goals of the organisation
  • Implement systems, applications and procedures to increase customer retention
  • Create systems alongside the marketing manager to facilitate customer automation/segmentation
  • Adapt existing systems to increase conversion rate
  • Work as part of the marketing team to reach goals set, and be a team player
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Diploma/degree within digital media marketing or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years experience 
  • Preferably agency
  • Some experience within an e-commerce role
  • Have used some marketing automation and conversion tools a must
  • Travel/tourism campaign management experience a plus
  • Understanding SEO is a bonus
  • Understanding of web development a bonus
  • Great reporting skills
  • Extremely strong analytical focus and love for numbers
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
