Position: Full Time Sales Executive X4 & 1X Sales Manager


Start: Immediately


Work Location: Philippines ( Home based + Field visit/work )



Salary: ₱ per month plus ₱60,000+ bonus per month for hitting target (10% Commission) Great Sales Executives Can Earn in Excess of ₱150k per month.





The Sales Executive role will include:

Sourcing New Business over the phone, arranging appointments for Senior Members of the team to attend, working in an office and being part of a successful team in addition to being home based.

The right background might include estate agents, recruitment consultants, telesales, direct sales etc.


You will be selling to BPO companies and call centers in addition to other medium and large businesses.


The right person, can quickly progress into senior sales or managerial roles.


The right person will also earn over 1 million pesos in a year should they hit their sales targets.


Also the right person will receive 1-2-1 sales training with Shahin Miah.


Start date: ASAP


Summary of the skills we are looking for:


• Background in the Sales Training industry or Sales in general over the phone and face to face, with good knowledge of how it can really impact a company


• Skilled sales professional, with a real flair for the industry


• The ability to cold call, generate leads and identify new business opportunities


• High frequency in closing deals and driving revenue


• The ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently


• A sociable and enthusiastic character, as cultural fit is extremely important for the company

About the Job
The successful candidate will be working in very busy office or home environment. This role requires to be extremely well organised, intelligent and will have an ability to think for themselves. The company will provide full and on- going support.



As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for:


• Creating a prospect sales database - using Excel - from scratch


• Introducing company's sales training courses


• Participating in client meetings


• Identifying potential sponsors and marketing the sponsorship opportunity
The successful Business Development Executive must possess the following skills and experience:


• Experience of working in a B2B sales / client acquisition environment


• Some telesales / telemarketing experience of a service based product would be advantageous


• Must be extremely well organized
