Generating sales for the Pharma products through effective promotion of the same to the targeted Health Care Professionals and ensuring regular prescriptions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan the weekly calls with Doctors and Pharmacists, decide on the Products to promote and plan for the total volume
- To ensure a planned and targeted approach for calls to ensure maximum value out of the same.
- Arranging appointments with doctors and pharmacists as per the call ;
- Effective product detailing and presentation to Doctors and Pharmacists within the specified time ;
- To ensure doctors regularly prescribe the product detailed and Pharmacists sell product as per prescription or ;
- Ensure the monthly and annual targets are met through the process
- Regularly liaising with the Product Management team for updating and detailing strategy for different ;
- Provide ground level feedback to Product Management team on new products, detailing, brand reminders, merchandize ;
- To ensure the product message is delivered to the doctor effectively and product remains on top of his/her mind for related ;
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitor products by collection of doctor's prescription trends through pharmacy manager
- To ensure the Sales and Product Management team are regularly updated on the competition in the market for them to strategic against the ;
- Regularly update the system for all the Doctor, Pharmacist and Hospital calls
- To ensure management has the data to track the call nos and effectiveness of each call
- Qualification & Experience
Geraduate, with 4-5 years of medical sales experience with 2 year in UAE with valid UAE D/L
Indians and Male candidate required for the role,.
