The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing the Accounting administrative support required for handling all the company's payables and receivables in compliance with standard operating procedures and government regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the accounting of Joint Ventures (JV)

Prepares monthly bank reconcillations and make necessary adjustments to eliminate reconciling items

Responsible for processing Cash Advances, Liquidation of CAs and employee reimbursements in accordance with the Company Policies & Procedures.

Prepares the bank instructions for telegraphic trasnfer payment to suppliers

Performs analysis of assigned accounts to ensure accuracy of recorded transactions.

Performs other related works required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting/Financial Management Accounting

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in General Accounting.

Expereience in filing taxes through EFPS is an davantage but not required

Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

Willing to accept project based employment.
