BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (SECURITY DIVISION) - OMAN
Our client, a well-established company in the Oil and Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire a smart, energetic and enthusiastic individual to work as a Business Support Executive for their Security Division in Oman.
Key role: Assist to ensure effective administrative support at security department, and deliver security awareness training to new comers in different ;
Main Responsibilities:
• Review and update procedure and documentation
• Assist in conduction security risk assessment and reviews.
• Focal point of security audit action ;
• Deliver Security induction to new arrival, on English, and other languages such Malayalam, Hindi and other known languages.
• Draft correspondence and letters and follow replies.
• Evaluate security and safety incidents in line with company risk management.
• Custodian of Department audit action items and ensure closing them on time.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly security report and prepare MOM.
• Draft and update procedures and documentation.
• Prepare and design Power Point presentation.
• Publishes the corporate newsletter by gathering information; preparing and editing articles; designing graphic presentation; producing and distributing.
• Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
• Any other Job assigned by the company.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Security, safety, Business administration/ secretarial.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Security / Health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) areas preferable with Nebosh certification
• Excellent Communication skills in English, and other Indian languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office , well versed in computer operations with knowledge and web design
• Good knowledge of Accounting.
• Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing.
• Skills in planning and organizing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
