e) Hands-on design, develop & Unit test applications in Microsoft DOT NET and Related technologies

f) Hands-on SQL Database design, SQL scripting & optimization experience in SQL Server2008 R2

g) Implement pattern and Practices using Design Patterns, Object Oriented Technologies and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). Knowledge on 3 Tier Architecture Knowledge of OOPS

h) Guiding the project team on tech solution, Code review, Performance optimization

i) Creating technology roadmap for Vertical as well of MS Tech COE
