; Responsible for Accounts Receivable collected in timely manner and deposits the collections the following working day.
; Coordinate to Project Manager about the Progress Billing and Monitor the Percentage of completion per project.
; Reviews the approved total contract price each project and ensure the project billings are issued to the clients.
; Prepare Bank Reconciliation every day and to ensure the passbooks are updated balance.
; Handles the petty cash fund and Monitors the advances are liquidated on time.
; Submits cash position based on the daily collections for monitoring of bank balance.
; Sends Accounts Receivable schedule to the Comptroller
; Monitoring of 2307 / 2306 for income tax / Vat withheld from payment received.
; Responsible to respond from client inquiries.
; Prepare, Review and release semi-monthly and weekly payroll, if needed.
; Reliever in the absence of AP-Assistant and if needed.
; Carryout any other tasks within the Accounting Department which may be required from time to time by the Accounting Manager, Comptroller and the CEO.
