Act as the point of reference for the concierge team who need assistance or information for the concierge clients and attend to the clients' wishes and requirements
Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions for hotels
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Update CRM on a daily basis with all tasks and prepare weekly status reports.
Book flights, accommodation, car hire, guides, translator, activities, etc.
Prepare the quotation for the client.
Prepare all final documentation for client.
Negotiating agreements with Air, Hotel and Car suppliers and maintaining the supplier relationship throughout the contract and build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to develop focus markets.
Work as a team with concierges, travel consultants and operations management.
Populate CRM database of both current Client and Affiliate information.
Coordinating social activities, diary management, restaurant bookings, theater, organizing events, personal shopping, booking appointments, floral orders, purchasing gifts, premium tickets, dry cleaning and other forms of errands and entertainments when requested.
Support Finance department for all clients billing and support in the tracking of incoming payments.
To reach KPI's targets in both online and offline that are set.
