Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on the technical aspects of the project

• Ensure the efficiency in project scopes of works, tasks assigned are completed on time, costing with quality standard so that overall project programme is achieved.

• Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawing, Bills of Quantity, operation and etc

• Responsible for project planning, scheduling, coordinating, implementing and controlling

• To attend all site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress

• Review and update project development

• Responsible and ensure all the approved projects document at site.

• To prepare, update and verify as built technical drawings

• Check and review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction, material planning

• Take reasonable safe practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace

• Implement QA/QC program and checklist to ensure construction up to specification

• Ensure that all operations are carried out safely

• Ensure inspection and testing activities in compliance with documented procedure

• Ensure defects being follow up and recorded

• Ensure discipline and good morale is maintained at work area

• Handling of technical and engineering problems

• Follow company ISO and HSE policy

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Civil Engineering

• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD

• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Applicant must be willing to travel and work in site environment

• Must be willing to work according to site working hours

• Proactive in problem solving and dynamic

• Good communication, organizational skills and interpersonal skills

• Possess own transport

• Position is for Sunway Construction Parcel F based at Putrajaya
