Graduate Engineer with minimum 10 years experience, 3 years in UAE.
Planning & Coordination of MEP works which includes Preparing & Monitoring of Construction Schedule. Develop the detailed schedules for all MEP activities, design, procurement, installation, Testing and Commissioning etc. Coordinate and Monitor MEP activities and integrate them in the project planning. Liaise with the Main Contractor to discuss sequence of work. Develop look ahead schedule, ensure the update and forecast MEP activities. Coordination with procurement team for timely delivery of materials at site. Preparation of comparative statements, work order, weekly plan. Assist vendor finalization for MEP services, comparative statements and techno commercial statements. Preparation of Client presentation for weekly review meeting. Monitoring execution and managing overall MEP works & carrying out site observation & coordination in interpreting drawings at site. Preparation of sub-contractor billing, progress reports, project documentation, procurement details of materials at site. Primavera knowledge is must.
