Roles & Responsibilities: 

Answering telephone calls & taking messages. Typing and word processing. Preparing job adverts, Filing for the office documents as well as the received Organizing and storing paperwork and computer-based information.  Managing databases. Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Preparing and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Organizing and coordinate appointments, meetings, conferences, travel arrangements. Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings. Update the company drop box with the latest documents. Doing researches for the company. Maintaining schedules and calendars. Handling incoming mail and other material. Setting up work procedure. Communicating verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information. Liaising with internal and external contacts. Coordinating the flow of information both internally and ;

Key Competencies: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent computer skills in MS word, excel, Attention to detail, Confidentiality Planning and organizing, Time management, Interpersonal skills,Customer-service orientation,Initiative,Reliability ,Stress tolerance
