Sales Executive Responsibilities


Desired Skills and Experience

 

1. Strong work ethic, self starter.

2. 3-5 years of selling experience in the UAE, preferably with IT solution sales  within  the retail sector.

3. Strong people skills and ability to manage a sales qouta.

4. Strong written and spoken English, other language skills preferred.

 
 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Maintain monthly sales goal from a combination of Monthly Sales and                        Supplemental Sales.

 2. Make key account calls.

 3. Review sales from the prior month - wins and losses.

4. Review quota against YTD Sales.

5. Review current forecast.

6. Review number of A and B  Opportunities.

7. Reviewing future calls and if they are up to date.

8. Identify prospects that need attention.

9. Review activity report or call event report to check on calls per day.

10. Review Expired Software Assurance.

11. Review additional activities: demos and trade shows.

12. Review and assist with RFI's and RFP's submitted by prospects.

13. Maintain, review and update Sales Procedures for all internal sales process.

14. Maintain E-mail folders to store qoutes.

15. Assist in office management.

16. Work with customers on accounts ;

17. Ensure technical team is cooperating with customers and headquarters.

Customer Relations

  

1. Call customers as needed with sales staff to promote and maintain customer           relations.

2. Issue final decision on all sales related customer issues within 1 day.

3. Address all customer inquiries or complaints within 4 hours.

 4. Create customer correspondence as required.
