Job Title: Daily Operations Manager
Nationality: Bahraini
Objective: We are seeking a professional Daily Operations Manager to manage all of The 7th Wave's daily ;
Hours of work: Full-time, 48 hours as per Bahrain Labour Law, 6 days per week
Salary: TBD upon experience and interview with COO and owners.
Start Date: April
Term of contract: 2 years, then open to renewal
Reviews: After 3 month probationary period, then annually.
Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The 7th Wave
Key Tasks:
You will be responsible for managing the daily operational duties of the school, which can include:
support staff schedules and attendance (including sickness/lateness)
teachers attendance (including sickness/lateness)
overseeing and coordinating school payments (completed by Employee or Support Staff)
exemplary customer service shown to all potential clients of school, plus calm and compassionate diffusing of potential challenging situations
training of reception and support staff as per company protocol & on the online booking system
leading support staff team meetings
managing cleanliness and upkeep of school
ensuring safety of students in school
petty cash for office supplies and small purchases for regular functioning of operations
access to company credit card to be utilized upon Employer approval of larger one-off expenses
any and all reports required by Chief Operating Officer, or accountant.
