Early Blossom Nursery is a rebranded nursery located in the heart of Wandsworth, and has good transport ;Early Blossom Nursery is dedicated to providing quality childcare, interactive learning and memorable experiences.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to inspire and be part of a great team, and will be required to look after children between the ages of 0-5 years on a full time basis Mon-Fri (8-6pm)

Responsibilities for the Deputy Manager include:
*Create a positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning.
* Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviour.
* Build good, open communication with children, families and staff.
* Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour in their portfolios.
* Ensure the learning environment is clean, safe and hygienic.
* Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its teachers and undertake administrative tasks as required.

*We also require staff to have:
*Level 2 or 3 qualified in childcare.
•* Experience working in a childcare setting
•* Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills
•* Sound written and verbal communication skills
•* Current First Aid certificate (If you do not have this, then we can provide training)
* A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework Experience
You will need 2 references and be open for a DBS check following the interview stage..
