Duties & Responsibilities


• Completes payments and controls expenses by

  receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling

  invoices

• Manage client/merchant accounts

• Provide client/merchant support

• Write any cheques and pass on for signing

• Update spreadsheets with payment receipts

• Deal with any query which might be on going regarding

  clients payments receipts

• Any other duties as directed by Finance Manager



Requirements

• 2 - 5 Years commercial experience or high level

   tertiary education

• Able to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally

   and writing) and to build effective working relationships

   internally and externally

• Good all-round IT Skills with a functional and intermediate

   knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other

   office production applications

• Strong analytical & problem solving ability

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Professional and confident in all interactions

• Excellent multi-tasking & organisation skills

• Proactive & positive attitude

• Work independently, efficiently, and effectively

• Ability to work well in a team


Desirable Skills

• Prior experience in working with Finance

• Prior experience with online payment systems

• Prior experience with accounting systems
