WE have a Project Accountant role -Temporary Assignment for 5 months for one of our client within the Construction industry based in Dubai. Below are few specifications for your understanding and revert if that falls under your interest.
Duties will include:
• Understand the stages of a FIDIC contract that refer to payments scheduling
• Filing Interim Payment Certificates
• Work closely with Client QS to verify interim certificates
• Monitor sub-contractor interim payment applications
• Certificate sub-con payments for release
Bonus knowledge
• General Construction process/Paperwork including (RFI, CVI, Delay notices, etc)
• EoTC (extension of Time for Completion)
• Material submissions
• QS
• HSE
