Sales Executive (FMCG products) Job Summary We are currently hiring Sales Executive: 

To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value

Achieve budgeted Receivables objectives

To maintain harmonious relations with trade (all levels) and prompt & efficient customer service at all times

Be an effective team-player at all times

To achieve set KPI's on Distribution and Visibility

To secure our primary visibility in category and also explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance

To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKU's in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure

To manage trade-returns within agreed levels

To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same

To ensure merchandising is executed effectively at all times

To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDA's with them

To execute all promotions as per requirements

Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends

To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category, etc)

To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to inventory management, reporting, timings, HR, office discipline & protocol etc).

To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Preferably graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience in Modern Trade, familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade

Great knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Full understanding of dynamics of FMCG products/trade

Good negotiator with strong perseverance skills

Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc)

Solid communication (particularly Listening) 

Driving license (Required)

Efficient, Multi-tasker, Creative thinker, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving & People skills

Dynamic & Energetic team player with an open, positive & curious mind

FMCG Sales: 2 years (Required)
