• Receive Maintenance scheduled from maintenance coordinator.
• Ensure the required material are purchased in advance before the work scheduled.
• Arrange and assign the technician as per the daily scheduled.
• Ensure that the technician are handed over the work order sheets.
• Supervising & monitoring the technician throughout the working day over the phone regarding
Location, job status, issues etc. and give them directives regarding the changes in schedule time changes if any.
• arrange technician for emergency complaints.
• Ensure prompt repairs advise for emergency breakdowns
• Inspects work for completeness.
• Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
• Keeps time cards and other routine records.
• Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related task if required.
• Accomplishes maintenance team objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the technician Complete maintenance jobs in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency.
• reporting to the maintenance coordinator on repair jobs including consumption of tools, materials, man hours and skills
• Ensure accurate recorded histories in work order completions.

• Ensure that safety practices are followed.
• Assist in all work areas when and where needed.
• Maintain all equipment manuals, equipment warranties, and tool inventories.
• Carry out inspection,
• Generate inspection report and quotation in 24 hour of the inspection.
• Ensuring the work order completion report is been submitted to the maintenance coordinator
• Reviewing the reports and bill of quantities forms given by the technician for further process of quotation.
• Purchasing spare parts and tools when needed.
• Coordinating with vendors for spare parts and negotiating on price.
• Coordinating with outsource companies for work and ensuring that competitive price is given .
• Provide design solution to customer.
