Our client is one of the top manufacturing global companies in the whole range of orthopedic and prosthetic devices. They provide high-quality, functional and technologically outstanding products and services around the world.
Main Responsibilities:
• Branding and promotion side of business, working with new clients and customers on their ideas and campaigns, and provide a stream of incoming opportunities.
• Planning new campaigns, to writing press releases, company newsletter, and event announcements and promoting and attending company events like seminars and trade shows.
• Assisting in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles and presentations.
• Can communicate well and collaborate comfortably with other team members to devise, plan and implement projects and campaigns effectively that is within the budget given.
• Providing administrative aid for various projects related to marketing, which includes project meetings, schedules and minutes of meeting.
• Serving as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
• Updating company headlines and news in the corporate website, and managing social media pages.
• Preparing invitations, event agenda, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events.
• Generating thank you letters, form letters for mailing mass brochures to the company prospective customers.
• Preparation of quotations for customers.
Qualifications:
• Possess skills in project management.
• Knowledge of marketing principles.
• Excellent copyright skills and able to rework on technical aspects for a broad range of audience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective presentation skills and acquire market information and answer to questions from team of managers, members, clients and public.
• Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence.
• Ability to work individually and self-driven projects.
• Preferably a graduate of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing.
• Diploma from an accredited university.
• Willing to work in Ortigas City
