• College Graduate
• With 1-3 years experience in Business Analysis
• Willing to work in Laguna

Technical Competencies:

• Previous Experience with MS Dynamics Axapta or other ERP systems a PLUS 
  
• Previous Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite.  
  
• Knowledge of current principles, practices and techniques of systems analysis.  
  
• Knowledge of technical developments and trends in application analysis, design, and development.  
  
• Knowledge of technical and business writing.  
  
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, writing test plans and test scripts.  
  
• Experience reporting testing results in a clear, detailed, and analytical style using fact-based metrics setting aside personal bias and subjectivity preferred 
  
• Ability to conduct training to users.  
  
• Ability to apply technological concepts and tools within established periods.  
  
• Ability to prepare documentation, charts, and graphs pertinent to work assignments.  
  
• Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing.  
  
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the business community, vendors, customers, and co-workers
