FIRE PROJECT ENGINEER (DUBAI)
Our client, a well-known Multinational group is seeking to hire a smart, enthusiastic and qualified Fire Project Engineer for their Fire & Safety Division in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
• Implementing/ Maintenance/trouble shooting Fire Systems according to project scope of work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within project budget.
• Conducting Site Inspection & Quality Inspection on materials or parts before installation
• Supervising Fire Technicians or sub-contractors on project sites during conduiting, wiring, installation & final commissioning of the project.
• Site coordination with the Client Representative & Consultant.
• Prepare Site Progress Report & the necessary project documentation.
• Preparing & submitting Maintenance Monthly Checklist
• Attending project meetings whenever required.
• Coordinating internal resources to ensure timely delivery & completion of the project implementation on time.
• Preparing Project Schedules & plans as per the project requirements
• Preparing the required drawings for the projects.
• Obtaining the Certificate of Completion (COC) & Keeping up proper & final project handover
• Keeping the highest level of Customers' satisfaction during executing the project.
• Maintaining Health & Safety Regulations on project sites & for the members of your team.
• Complying with all ISO Procedures, ISO registered Forms, all company rules & policies
Experience,
Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor of Engineering (4 Years Course) - (Education Certificate must be fully attested)
• Mechanical Engineering for FF projects / Electrical Engineering for Fire Alarm Projects
• 3-5+ years relevant experience in fire projects field in UAE
• Experience and familiarity of fire Alarm & firefighting systems
• Understanding the project management principles as well as the project process
• The ability of building relationship with clients
• Computer Skills
• Fluent English (Written/Spoken)
• Holding Valid UAE Driving License
• Preferably holding a valid DPS license
