We are new Ladies club in Dubai. We are looking for a Fitness Manager to join our club in Dubai - Al Qouz. to help take our fitness offerings to the next level.
This role is for Arabic native speaker only.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum REPS Level 3 Certified
Degree in field preferred
Minimum 3 years relevant experience; management experience in the industry is a must
Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use analytical tools to drive decision-making
Confident and committed individual
Target driven and able to motivate a diverse team towards individual and shared goals
Able to devise and deliver regular training sessions to a team to assist with their professional development
Committed to delivering outstanding levels of customer service
Demonstrated ability to manage a consistent time table with minimal interruptions
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the industry. Regularly updates professional knowledge.
Excellent communication, time management, confident speaker, organizational and follow-up skills
Experience in nutrition is a must and a degree in nutrition is preferable
Must be fit.
