BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE -TRAINING (Dubai)
Our client, UK's leading awarding body for compliance is seeking to hire a vibrant ,energetic and enthusiastic individual to work as their Business Development Executive, preferable from a health and safety background
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Enhance the selling of the company's certification to Clients for in-house training
• Approach training companies to partner with the organization
• Maintain up to date knowledge of key existing and new products & services to enable achievement of business goals
• Build a strong sales pipeline.
• Seek and maintain an up to date knowledge of industry, competitive activity and customer issues
• Use negotiating and Influencing techniques to win new business for the company
• Ability to network, target decision makers and build relationships
Qualifications and Skills
• Vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic individual
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• A people person
• Minimum of 4 years sales experience, with a security / health and safety / first aid background / hospitality.
• Experience of working in a Business to Business sales environment
• Proven sales track ;
• Strong communications skills and presentation skills.
• Able to work autonomously with a high level of self-motivation
• IT proficient
• Ability to forward plan
• Willingness to travel extensively
