• SUPPLIERS • Onsite reviewing and inspecting of operating machines and equipment's to identify faults and ensure operational standard.
• Clear record keeping of all equipment of Company assets and United Nations Owned Equipment's.
• Reviewing job orders to determine work priorities, and schedule repairs, maintenance and installation works accordingly.
• Directing workers and contractors engaged in maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance program, and new methods and procedures with the aim of improving operations, and minimize operating costs
• Maintenance all of aviation and diesel fuel equipment
• Direct and supervisor all staff in maintenance Department
• Record keeping of all maintenance works.
• Maintain and operate stocks in store for parts and equipment.
• Financial management of the Maintenance Department.
• Manage and maintain team motivation.
• Ensure minimal breakdowns of equipment's
• Maintain a well trained and equipped team that can handle repairs and maintenance of the equipment's.
• Any other duty as may be required by management
