Job Description:
Facilitates difficult issues into a positive outcome.
Maintains safety and sanitation in work camps.
Handles and resolves complaints of the employees
Keeps track about the camp inventories
Co-ordinates the work of HR
Serves as a link between employees and the management.
Responsible for the hygiene check-up and other camp activities as when required time to time
Ensure the safety and security of camp residents.
Keeps track of the employees presence and informs the management for any absent from work , not reporting to work and others
Maintains and implements the policies of the company time to time and keeps a check on it
Responsible for any health issues at the camp
Responsible for the documents and passport release to employee after all approval from head office
Responsible for the emirates id renewal , health checkup regarding visa
Responsible for arranging the accommodation for new arrivals
Responsible for off boarding the cancelled employees
Responsible to update the status of employee at the camp
Responsible to circulate the documents and other as and when received from head office to the concerned employees
Responsible for the Food Quality check up
Responsible for boarding employees for the Training
Responsible for incident report preparation
Responsible for the employee engagement activitie
