Job Description
In need of a highly motivated, energetic expert in QSR Operation Management (OM) for an International Brand(s) in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The role of Operations Manager entails managing a Brand(s) across the country via a team of Multi-Unit-Managers (MUMs). The objective of OM is to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction thru the mentoring/development of a strong Operations Team.
OM Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Support and manage up to 10 MUMs (100 restaurant outlets) towards the achievement of pre-set targets and previously set common goals (sales growth/ARS)
• Define overall key strategy and targets to be achieved by Operations Team
• Strategic planning and resource allocation across the Brand
• Devise and track monthly/annual sales budget and forecasting
• PNL Management
• Capture Brand leadership (sales and marketing) and smooth operation in the region/country
• Ensure all MUMs are maintaining the high-level of Brand operation standards
• Manage/oversee outlet expansion, project roll-outs, equipment replacement, and vendor relations
• Ability to instill a culture directed at People Development and Talent Identification
Skills
• College Degree / Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management
• Fluent in Arabic/English (verbal/written)
• Minimum of 5-7 yrs QSR Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills
• Confident, committed and driven
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Business and Technical Excellence
• Expert in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word/Excel
