*Minimum 4-6 years experience in MS Exchange 2013/2010

MS Exchange Administration Tasks

•Database maintenance, antivirus and patch updates

•Server health and mail flow monitoring

•Mailbox creation and deletion

•Monitoring of Database, log shipping, replication within and across sites

•Coordination with Active Directory, Network, Windows and Backup teams

•End user support for server side issues

•Monitoring Antivirus and Antispam Gateway

•Performing DR drill twice a year

•Coordination with OEMs wherever applicable for escalation and follow up till ticket closure

•Execution of recommendations suggested by OEMs, for 'Microsoft Risk Assessment Report' outcome

•Monitoring of Symantec Enterprise Vault based archiving solution

•Monitoring Application logs, utilization of key server parameters like CPU, memory and disks

•Troubleshooting any issue in the messaging solution and root cause analysis of the problem

•Authentication Services based on Windows 2012 Active Directory

•Communication and Collaboration Solution based on MS Exchange 2013, Skype for Business and SharePoint 2013

•Total Number of users - 5210

•Anti-spam, Antivirus Gateway - Symantec End point protection, Symantec Messaging Gateway,

•Riverbed Bandwidth optimizer between IDC and DR

•Archiving / Journaling - Symantec E-vault mail archive & Journaling solution for 350 user with 2 TB database size

•Backup Solution - MS DPM 2012

•WAN Link Bandwidth - min 8 Mbps to max. 16 Mbps

•Internet Link Bandwidth - 20 MBPS+10 MBPS +3 MBPS at IDC and No Link at DR

•WAN Link Bandwidth between Primary and DR site - 40 Mbps + 40 Mbps (backup)
