• Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients in the US 
  
• Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent ;
  
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary ;
  
• End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates  
  
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references ;
  
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications 
  
• Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change ;
  
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates 
  
• Aggressive in Negotiation 
  
• Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis

This job is for a US shift so timings will be:

7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift) & 10:30pm till 07:30am IST (Night Shift)
