We are looking for a full-time Spanish LiveChat Agent to interact, encourage customers to place orders through fantastic sales consulting including up-selling and cross-selling techniques with our Spanish speaking customers from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile. The job is home based, and you will need a computer/laptop with a reliable internet connection.

We have a couple of mandatory requirements in order to accept your application.

• 60 WPM ( Mandatory Typing speed of 60 Words Per Minute)
• Reliable internet connection
• Customer service experienced highly preferred
• Sales experience (Mandatory and preferably previous experience with sales online)
• Past retail or direct sales experience will be considered an asset
• Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
• Excellent written communication skills - using proper grammar with smooth flow
• Demonstration of self-motivation and results-orientation.
