Job Title: Studio Coordinator (1 vacancy)

Reports to: General Manager/Managing Director

Location: School of Rock Claremont, Cape Town South Africa

Employment: Permanent/Full time - Very competitive Fixed monthly salary + Medical Aid + other incentives

Working hrs: Monday to Friday 11am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm

The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock and must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handle complex scheduling for busy music school
• Assist Music Director with all administrative tasks
• Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents
• Works on special projects, prepares reports, and other administration including billing, data capturing
And very basic book keeping tasks/admin
• Greet, and look after students
• Handle opening and closing of school
• Answers phones and field inquiries; pitch the music program

• Assists Marketing Director with Marketing projects
Skill Requirements:

• Two years + working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role
• Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting/bookkeeping packages an advantage
• Attention to detail and successful at multi-tasking
• Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
• Good team player who collaborates well
• Interest in music and related arts or experience working with young people a plus

1) Must have own transport and
2) must be prepared to work the following working hours: Mon - Fri : 11am - 8pm and Sat: 9am - 3pm
