Job details
1. Perform quantity takeoff from the drawings and obtain quotations from various suppliers to conduct cost analysis
2. Prepare budget costs estimates and detailed priced BOQs
3. Perform and prepare tender analysis
4. Perform valuation by studying the Civil, Architectural & MEP design systems
5. Prepare BOQs for variation and escalation of orders due to the changes in the scope of works of the project
6. Perform valuation and submission of variation claims
7. Conduct site visits to measure actual progress of work
8. Attend various meetings and liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers
9. Preparation and submission of takeoff sheet for the preparation of the monthly billing
