We are seeking motivated individuals to join a fast paced and growing receivables finance business development team. This position provides an opportunity to work with senior managers, directors and C-Level positions in helping to further grow business and deepen long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, task-oriented and possesses strong communication skills and a passion for ;



Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for highly active Managers and Directors and secondary support to team members

• Initiate contact with potential clients with regards to daily, weekly and monthly business development programmes

• Daily administrative tasks including answering phones, assisting clients and greeting visitors

• Calendar management; some scheduling of client/prospect meetings; coordinate travel arrangements

• Submission of expense reports

• Prepare presentation material for current and prospective client meetings as well as assist in organizing marketing material

• Process facility applications, utilization of facility and other miscellaneous client requests

• Handle client inquiries regarding account information, online access, documentation and reporting

• Manage client contact information via outlook and Regional Salesforce

• Maintain database of multiple addressees used to group various client accounts

• Daily review and maintenance of client accounts, including any administrative changes

• Familiarity with firm processes and SLAs, performance reports & analytics related thereto

• Manage external distributions for client related emails



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top University. A minimum of CGPA

• Minimum of 3 years working experience (Business Development added advantage)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Ability to complete full financial planning plans

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail a must

• Candidate needs to be team oriented and yet also be able to work independently with minimal guidance/ supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent writing skills

• Capable of exercising discretion when managing confidential information.

• Ability to take initiative and meet clear deadlines
