Drive the SEO strategies and do the day-to-day tactical execution of SEO strategies

Have an in-depth knowledge of Keyword Research, Competitive Market Analysis, Link Building, Content Strategies, Social Media Strategies, Viral Marketing, Information Architecture, Local & International Search Optimization, Mobile SEO, Video SEO, Online Marketing Analytics,

Work closely with the Account Manager, Content Strategists & Writers, Social Media Specialists, Web Masters, Creative Designers, Graphic Designers as well as Sales & Communication Team, to implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategies, and will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance.

Analyze websites and web analytics. Identify opportunities to optimize content, user experience and keyword rankings.

Analyze, document and present SEO findings clearly and concisely. Reporting on analytics and changes in data trends.

Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, etc)

Define performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which make perfect overall marketing and business objectives.

Implement and track PPC campaigns across Google Adwords, Bing, social media channel advertising, online display advertising, remarketing, etc.; analyse campaign performance analytics; optimize campaigns in accordance with predefined KPIs on an ongoing basis and report effectively to Account Manager.

Report on key performance indicators and present effectively to Account Manager.

Keep up-to-date with SEO trends and tools. Stays on top of the latest SEO news.

Handle multiple SEO tasks and SEO projects simultaneously.

Skills & Requirements:

At least 3+ years of dedicated SEO/SEM experience in an agency or in-house position

Experience with popular search engine ( Google and Bing) services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools; and experience using industry standard tools ( SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms

The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, , metadata, structured data markup (JSON-LD), site speed optimization, and related skills.

Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.

The ability to deploy an effective local, international and long-tail search strategy.

A deep understanding of mobile strategy for SEO.

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Able to make data-driven decisions.

A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.

Proficient with Google Apps Docs, Sheets and Slides; Experienced in Microsoft Excel.

High presentation skills.

Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, CMS (Wordpress and Drupal), Static Site Generators (Jekyll or Hugo) and UI/UX frameworks.

Works well independently on assigned tasks, as well as team at large / team player.

Good communication skills in-writing and in-person.
