Role Purpose:

TO PROVIDE CENTRALISED ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT FOR THE PROCUREMENT FUNCTION.


Role Description:


STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

* Contribute to the implementation of Expo 2020 department strategy

* Collate and report against departmental performance data


DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT

* Administer tha day-to-day operations of procurement function, providing support to th team in order to achieve high performance standards.


CONTRACT MANAGEMENT


* Maintain Contractual records and documentation and report on contract status


PROGRAMME DELIVERY AND COMLETION

* Contribute to the successful delivery of the Expo 2020 programme


SAVINGS AND INITIATIVES

* Contribute to business and departmentl initiatives

* Collate data and report against savings


VENDOR MANAGEMENT

* Monitor and report on supplier performance, and facilitate regular performance reviews with stakeholders in order to assess value and quality of supplier services/products and inform decision-making on future collaborations

* Maintain and regularly update qualified business suppliers' database, in line with business needs, to ensure data on suppliers is easily stored, accessed and retrieved


RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

* Establish and maintain strong relationships within the team and internal stakeholders


POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

* Provide compliance reporting against departmental procedure


SUBORDINATES SUPERVISION

*Not applicable


EHS (ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY)

* Comply with all relevant environment, health and safety procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment


CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

* Support departmental initiatives to deliver continuous improvement t the team and Expo 2020


AD-HOC REQUESTS

* Perform any other related duties or assignments as diredted by the line manager




KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED


Mimimum Qualifications:

     HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION


Minimum Experience:

     AT LEAST 2 YEARS IN A SIMILAR SUPPORTING ROLE


Core Competencies:

     * RESOURCEFUL AND WELL ORGANISED

     * PLANNING AND METHODICAL APPROACH

     * STRONG COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

     * DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE OF IT SOFTWARE

     * WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ERP SYSTEMS SUCH AS ORACLE AND SAP WOULD BE BENEFICIAL
