Your responsibilities will include;

  • Screening and calling the leads generated by the marketing team  
  • Converting the leads generated to potential client base 
  • Providing clients information on destinations and new offers 
  • Resolving client issues and providing suitable solution in a timely manner 
  • Maintaining a good rapport with the clients 
  • Providing excellent customer care to all the clients 



  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer ;
  • Bachelors degree 
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Bilingual preferably English, Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam, Tagalog with good interpersonal skills 
  • Quick learner and intellectual 
  • Travel industry knowledge is added advantage not mandatory
