• Ensure all processes are in compliance with the company standards through regular quality control reviews
• Perform fixed amount of quality control inspection on agreed amount of sampling range
• Pull reports from BackOffice & Phoenix System ex: Pending, Idle shipments etc and compare against the benchmark & business rules
• Prepare performance & SLA reports
• Develop trends for success & failures
• Find root causes of failures, evaluate & discuss failures with management and recommend corrective actions
• Liaise with operations and call center teams to create plans to improve service quality
• Analyze Freshdesk tickets / complaints and highlight areas of concerns to management
• Analyze trends of damage, missing, lost shipments and report to management for corrective actions
• Measure delivery speed, success rate and compare with SLA of each station
• Recommend quality control improvements
• Recommend new reports for better analysis of data
