This exciting new opportunity has just opened up in a successful holiday homes operator based in Dubai. We are in need of a highly organised, friendly and dynamic person to join the team in this fast-growing ;
You must not be afraid of hard work and anti-social hours. You must have customer service and hospitality experience, and work well under pressure.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers
- Manage property sign-up
- Manage guest arrivals and departures
- Manage and perform essential administrative tasks
- Assist in business development and sales
- Report to CEO and perform necessary ad hoc tasks
- Diary management
- Book-keeping and accounts
- Assess property readiness between guest stays
- Manage DTCM requirements and diary
- Produce, manage and revise Social Media, Digital and Direct Marketing strategies
- Manage CRM and lead generation
- Assisting in recruitment and HR
Preferably you are on your spouse's visa.
