As a Business Administrator for 'Mystic Concepts' the candidate will have the following Responsibilities:
Co-ordination & Communications
• Client management, building connections & relationships, with existing and new clients.
• Networking & keeping updated with the happenings in media, events & entertainment business.
• Manage social media platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
• Creative presentation & negotiation skills
• Accounting & recording payables, receivables, budget management, etc.
• Brand building & marketing support.
• Data management, of vendors, clients, business associates, media personnel, etc.
• Assist in designing and maintaining Budgets.
• Project management, production work, etc.
• Manage logistics for ground events hosted by the company
• Managing media tie-ups & sponsorships for company events
