With a focus on value-based selling, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market leading digital tools Responsibilities Create and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets.Use data to guide decisions and understand client performance.Sell event participation, digital products, sponsorships, and branding.Client Engagement: Be a trusted advisor, sharing industry knowledge.Engage clients in person and digitally, understanding their needs.Develop proposals, showcase event value, and negotiate contracts.Use data to highlight event benefits and find new opportunities.New Business: Attract new companies to events.Attend industry events to gather insights and build relationships.Collaborate with marketing to attract and respond to leads.Identify and engage potential exhibitors and sponsors.Performance & Development: Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce.Seek new solutions and take risks.Identify training needs and seek feedback for improvement.Industry Expertise: Monitor trends and customer feedback to drive innovation.Stay updated on trends and technologies, representing RX Global at events.Requirements: Experience: Proven Direct Sales or exhibitions, driving revenue growth.Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of energy market trends and exhibition dynamics.Data Proficiency: Skilled in using data and CRM systems like Salesforce.Client Management: Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.Working for you We know that your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
