We're looking for a high achieving E-Business GM experienced in Retail Operations,E-Commerce and Website Management of (Online Stores for a strong retailer/brand transitioning online) ;

The right applicant must have experience in business marketing as well as the technology used for generating online sales, achieving the overall business and profit targets

Overview:

• Managing both, e-Marketing of an online brand (encouraging sales on the Web) and the Retail Operation and logistics of the product.

E-Marketing.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and provide forecasts to help achieve corporate objectives concerning (product and Service) on all Online Channels.

• Promote the online brand and execute product campaigns

• Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website

• Manage marketplace parameters ( orders, returns, and stock management)

• Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

• Managing the operations of an Online Store.

• Supervise and Maintain all social media, product launches, web tools, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a Magento website

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

• Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

• Well aware and experienced of Retail Points of Sale and similar software.

Operation Management

• Dealing with Logistics Companies, Storage Handling, Inventory Management, Courier Service arrangement.

• Meet and implement company service standards concerning website customers and order management (delivery and dispatch) and resolve online customer complaints.

• overseeing the smooth running of the warehousing and storage procedures, from the complicated storage logistics and stock control, to organizing the dispatch and delivery of orders

• Well aware of the Consumer Protection Law of the Country

• Working with procurement and supply chain to select products that are in demand and will sell

• Ensure data is accurately entered and managed throughout the company's system.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business marketing, Internet marketing or a closely related major.

Retail experience is a must, experience in footwear retail is recommended

Years of experience needed - 10-15 years
