Job Description For Business Development Executive
Generate quality leads / walk ins through various marketing activities - Forums, Calls, SMS, Mailers etc. Handle the generated leads and convert to walk ins.
Divert the leads generated to the respective marketing team- Counsellors / Tele caller / FOE as and needed and ensure the enquiries are converted to walk ins.
Generate revenue through Colleges and Corporate tie ups. Focus on long term training contracts and close MOUs between Colleges/Corporates and Cegonsoft.
Visit/ revisit colleges and meet with the respective people at colleges to fix Seminars / Workshops and work with the internal team in delivering the service towards the same. Will be responsible for external marketing activities either individually or along with the Marketing executives / any other team assigned as below:
• Pamphlet / Handbill Distribution
• Poster pasting in and around Centre, near colleges and any other place as needed
• Paper Insertion activities
• Kiosk & Banner Activity
• Any other external activity as decided by the reporting manager and as needed.
Visit the IT Corporate sectors and understand the need of the industry and close sales with Cegonsoft as the training partner for the respective IT Company.
Understand the industry changes and demands from the Corporates and keep the respective manager and the Technical Head informed on the same.
Responsible to propose and initiate the quotes internally and to discuss the same with the respective sales lead and close the sale.
Will be responsible for your individual target. And targets / business generation will be through Retail, College / Corporate.
Will be responsible for the collection of database of students, fresher& job seekers either from college or through any other acceptable and ethical means of data collection.
Will be actively involved in the SMS and the Forum Posting.
To send the daily DAS and DSR and any other reports asked as and when needed.
These apart, even other duties may also be assigned which the management feels necessary at any given point of time for the center& improvement and profitability.
