Qualification
Bachelor Degree in related field.
5+ Years experience in mixed use developments with a detailed knowledge of both Hard and Soft Facility Management services.
Experience in managing service providers under the confines of SLA’s.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledgeable in Minor Works Management.
The ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work targets.
Good knowledge of FM operating standards, policies and procedures.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Experienced with HSE requirements relating to the FM industry.
Good computer skills with experience with the Microsoft suite of programs.
Knowledge and experience utilising CMMS’s.
Experience in the FM environment relating to Help Desk interaction and deliverables.
Good time management skills.
Experienced in compiling FM reports.
High level skills in analysing FM data.
