Role Description: This position will be responsible for successful solutioning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors technology/processes as part of S/4HANA implementation
Must Have Skills:
Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.
Expert in SAP latest technologies S/4HANA
At least 5 years' experience in HR business process design and development
Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Previous SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience
Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors
Professional Attributes
+5 Year experience in complex SuccessFactors / SAP HR implementations
+3 Experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors
Development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements
Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics, includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications
Configure SuccessFactors modules
Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
Good to have Skills:

Certification: SAP Certified, Certification in one or more modules of SuccessFactors
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree | Master's Degree, in any relevant field
