SECURITY SYSTEMS Division Head (QATAR)

Our client, a well-known security group based in Qatar is seeking to hire a smart and enthusiastic head of Department for their Electronic Security Systems Division.

 He/She will be tasked to grow the business in line with the agreed budgets to deliver year on year growth in both turnover and margin.
To develop and implement a country wide strategy in partnership with the country sales & business development team and will continue to grow the security systems business into a market leading provider of integrated electronic security solutions to a wide customer base of both public and private sector ;

He/She will plan and build his/her team developing delivery capability to suit market needs. Develop short and long term business strategies for delivering the companies key objectives whilst managing full P&L responsibilities.

The Roles

• Performing the duties with due observance of the law, the Articles of Association of the Company and the directives and guidelines of the Managing Director.

• Acting in the interests of the company, and the employees of the division.

• Insure proper operational performance for the division

• Achieve the performance levels set by the Company, including margin, EBITA, Overhead.

• Reduce the risk and exposure from system business

• Up hold the company image at all times

• Grow the system solution services business in line with the expectations of the Company.

• Manage the sales teams to ensure Sales targets for the year are achieved.

• Develop relationships with Key clients to promote division &new areas of business.

• Manage the day to day operations of the division and ensure deployment are carried out to a high standard and are in time and in ;


• Coordinate with clients on specific customer issues and complaints.

• Conduct performance reviews for all direct staff.

• Support the needs of the staff.

• Ensure that staff issues and complaints are dealt with.

• Review training levels for the staff.

• Recruit new staff as required meeting the demands of the Division.

• Responsible for all purchase and vendor development, comparison, and evaluating vendor, vendor rating, price negotiation, terms and condition of delivery.


• Lowering cost of maintenances by better preventive and improved working methods
• Taking care for all cash services related activities


• Maintaining a professional relationship with the CEO & and partners

• Make business decisions based on the approved yearly business plan and in the interest of the Company, and its employees

• Merge Group policies and procedures for system services with those in the Company

• Implement and manage value added policies and procedures

• Adhere and implement all financial objectives and guidelines of the company

• Overseeing the assessment, development, implementation of a personnel development program

• Executing 6 monthly and yearly merit assessments and provide feedback to employees

• Recruiting and training suitable people

• Compiling, implementing and managing salary, bonuses, rewards and other benefit packages


• Overseeing the welfare of all the people of the division by means of the Company Welfare Plan

• Promoting team work

• New recruitment or termination of division indirect staff after get ceo approval

• Salary increase or change shall after getting FD ,HRM & CEO approval

 
• Create a partnership relationship with all major customers

• Frequently and formally evaluate customer feedback and ensure ample and immediate reply on needs and quality issues

• Ensure frequent customer visits by management and operational staff

• Oversee division Operations:

• Manage the division Assets:

• Providing monthly reports to management or CEO weekly reporting


The Person

• To meet Qatari Visa regulations, the ideal candidate should be a Degree Holder.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within any Middle East Security industry

• GCC driving license or international driving license preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English is a must ; 

Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
