Responsibilities

• Management of a UI production team (illustration skills/experience not required)
• In cooperation with the producer, balance quality and productivity to maximize team output
• Responsible for task assignment and progress management using confluence/Jira/Excel etc
• Communicate closely with Japan HQ to ensure satisfaction with the UI of the product
• Revise work flows and team structure as required, in cooperation with the Producer
• Schedule evaluation and training of team members in cooperation with the Producer
• Experienced at coordinating strategic projects in fast-pace environment
