As we continue to secure more exciting projects, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate to take on the role of an Assistant Administration Manager who wil assist the Administration Manager in overseeing and managing a team of administrators.


Primary Responsibilities: -


Responsible for Maintenance and Delivery of Adminstrative related work in the office.


Effective management of resources including office records, stock management etc


Documenting and developing report in time bound manner to support the Reporting Manger in crucial decision making


To support the successful delivery of the business by providing, through the Team leaders, an efficient and effective administrative service


Required Skills:


Familiarity in working on MS Office


Ability to self-motivate, work independently, appreciation and work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds


Ability to dialogue professionally on complex issues with professionals and staff


Excellent leadership and influencing skills
