Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filing, preparation of correspondence, provide administrative support.
• To assist sales & services documentations and updates.
• To handle shipments with proper preparation of documents and arrangement.
• To monitor and control the spare parts purchasing and delivery schedule.
• To do monitory of stock control in and out
Requirements:
• Higher Secondary / Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably able to write and converse in English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Training will be provided
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
• Require a good teamwork player
