Responsible for attaining the monthly sales targets by offering the company's residential projects to qualified clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts regular prospecting activities and sales presentations to potential qualified clients.
Represents the company and the Rockwell brand in the most professional manner by extending excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
Accomplishes Client Authorization Forms and turns these over the marketing team after use.
Actively participates in showroom manning, exhibit manning, open houses and other selling activities.
Effectively distributes sales materials to potential clients, such as flyers and brochures, to generate leads that can be converted to sales.
Discusses project details, including pricing, financing options and documentation issues, with the clients;
Handles all client inquiries, requests and concerns
Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale
Handles all after‐sales concerns of clients.
Accomplishing regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and the Sales Director;
Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Education: Any College graduate with a degree preferably in Business, Advertising, Entrepreneurship or ;
Years of Related Experience: With at least 1-2 years of progressive sales experience in any sales-related industry is preferred.
Being a licensed Reals Estate Broker or registered Sales Person is preferred.
Fresh Graduates will be considered
