ESSENTIAL
Masters degree in Nursing or a Healthcare related field
3 Year Bachelors degree or Diploma in Nursing
Registered Nurse
Current nursing licensure
A minimum of 3 years experience as the nurse manager of a Level III NICU within a western academic medical center
Experience in the planning and implementation of high risk neonatal transport.
Current BLS, NRP Certification.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Ability to use search engines and data bases for internet research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong group presentation skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
DESIRABLE
Familiarity with JCAHO, JCI and other accreditation organizations.
Demonstrated analytical and research skills
