Job Description:

  • Clean the office at the start and the end of the day.  
  • Keep and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen/pantry and the ;
  • Ensure the availability of kitchen supplies at all times.  
  • Ensure the availability of all office, kitchen and toilet supplies at all times ( bond papers, soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc).  
  • Prepare the drinks of the management team and guests.  
  • Scanning, Fax, Document Filing.  
  • Doing errands for the management and staff, etc.  
  • Visit exhibitions if required.  
  • In some cases, visit Banks within walking distance from the office for deposits or ;
  • Maintains and checking the stationary supplies stock and determine inventory levels 
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests and ;
  • Order and serve food for Employee & guests as and when ;


Skills Required:

  • Must be able to Understand English
  • Must have previous Experience
  • Smart and proactive  
  • Organized, clean and neat
  • Previous work experience as cleaner/office girl is an advantage but not necessary.  
  • Respectful and courteous.  
  • Ideal candidates should possess good command in English, self-motivated, smart and ;
